77ok Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 77ok website accessible at https://77ok.io and all associated services, features, and content made available through that website.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any service provided by 77ok.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the 77ok Platform, uniquely identified by a username and secured by a password.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their 77ok account wallet, excluding bonus funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 77ok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 77ok shall not be liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials.

77ok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and to protect the integrity of the Platform. As part of this process, we may request the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to the point of registration, first withdrawal, or upon triggering internal risk thresholds:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ok Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism that substitutes automated decision-making for genuine human play.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption involving real-world sporting events on which bets have been placed.

77ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Player request — voluntary account closure requests are actioned within 2 business days.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.
